Happiness is a ten-thousand piece puzzle. It takes patience and multiple tries just to fit the parts together.
This blog is a result of my own experience with overcoming depression and assembling happiness through small, consistent changes and an awareness of human cognition.
I want to show you that it’s possible to beat depression by committing to a lifestyle of continuous learning and implementation. By understanding how the brain works, we can hack our natural or developed tendencies for depression and condition ourselves to be happy.
